Setting up Aircall within Salesforce

How to log into Aircall on Salesforce
Open Google Chrome

Go to your Salesforce and look at the top left hand corner for a permission pop out as shown in the below screenshot, From here select the red highlighted box with 1.

Next you will need to click on the phone Icon marked as 2 on the screenshot (Possibly a triangle with !) This will be in the bottom left of the screen. Once you click this it will bring up the screen from the below screenshot. From here you will need to click on Sign in with SSO highlighted as 3 in the red box.

This will bring up the SSO Login where you should enter your activ8 email and click continue.

This will then bring up the Microsoft Login page where you may need to enter you email again and then your password:

After this Aircall should log in and connect you. As the next screenshot shows this is what happens when a customer rings through:
