Installation of Aircall Power Dialer
To install the Aircall Power Dialer Extension you can follow these steps.
N.B. You must be in Google Chrome.
Firstly, go to google and search for “Aircall Dialer Extension Chrome” as seen in the below image.
Once you search this you will need to pick the highlighted option below (which usually is the first)
Once you click this it should open the Chrome Extension Store and you should be able to click “Add to Chrome” which is highlighted in the red box below.
Once you click “Add to Chrome” a popup will show up in the top Right corner of the screen near the X button to close the window, this will ask you to add Aircall Dialer. You will need to click “Add Extension” as shown below highlighted in red.
Next you will get a notification to say the extension has been added it should also appear near the search bar on the top of the browser as seen in the photo below.
If you right click on the Aircall Logo a menu should appear where you can pin the extension like seen in the image below (if it disappeared before you got a chance to click you can skip this picture)
If the logo disappeared you can find it by clicking on the jigsaw piece that can be seen in the previous pictures but is highlighted in the next one and then click on the thumbtack/pin logo and this will pin it.
Once pinned you can click on the Aircall Logo highlighted below.
Then click on “Sign in with SSO” and follow the below image.
Follow the steps on screen and log in with your Microsoft Account, once logged in you can return to Salesforce and Powerdialer should be working.
