Upgrading to Aircall Workspace
How to update Aircall to Aircall Workspace
How do I know which version of Aircall I have?
If your Aircall looks like either of these two screenshots then you are already on Aircall Workspace and don’t need to change or do anything. (Note depending on the settings these could have a white background either but the layouts will be the same)
However if your app looks like this then you will need to follow the below steps to upgrade.
Upgrading to Aircall Workspace
To begin the upgrade you will need to navigate to the “To-do” tab on the bottom left as marked by 1 in the screenshot.
Once here you will see an option to upgrade to the new Aircall Workspace, click on “Let’s go” marked by the number 2 in the screenshot and you will be presented with one of two options depending on if you are using Aircall through Salesforce or Application
NB This step is Salesforce if you are not using Aircall in Salesforce you can skip this step.
If you are using Aircall through Salesforce you will be brought to the following page, click “Sign in to Aircall” and brought to a webpage and asked to log in again. Make sure you select log in with SSO and enter your Activ8 Microsoft Credentials and you will be upgraded to Aircall Workspace.
Enter your Microsoft Credentials and you will be now successfully logged into Aircall Workspace.
NB This step is for using the Aircall Application.
If you are using Aircall through the application then you will be brought to a webpage where you will be presented to download the Aircall Workspace Application.
You will need to choose the download that is applicable to you but unless instructed otherwise Windows will be the standard download. Click Windows and then click on the application that is downloaded.
After a minute or two you will be presented with a page asking you to sign in. Click “Sign in to Aircall”
When you click Sign in to Aircall you will be redirected to the web and you can choose “Sign in with SSO”
Enter your Microsoft Credentials and you will be now successfully logged into Aircall Workspace.
