Logging into Salesforce SSO (After getting logged out of Salesforce or Field Service)

If you got logged out of Salesforce or Field Service you can follow this short guide to get logged back in.
N.B. If you have gotten a new phone contact your FOM and ask them to raise a ticket and make sure you are copied in the ticket stating you have a new phone as we need to reset your authenticator.

First off, open Salesforce or Field Service ad you will see a similar screen to the picture below. In the bottom right had corner you will need to select “Use Custom Domain” highlighted in red below.

After selecting “Use Custom Domain” enter the following activ8solarenergies123 (you dont need capitals) and press “Continue” as seen in the screenshot below.

When you have entered the custom domain and clicked continue the colour of the screen should change to an orange colour where you can select “Log in with Activ8 SSO” highlighted in the red box below.

Next you will need to log in with your Activ8 email and password.
