Setting Up GoFormz

How to setup GoFormz

1. User will receive email from GoFormz with subject “You have been added to the Activ8 Energies Ltd GoFormz account”. In the body of the email user will need to click on “Click Here” link and set 8 character long password.
   

   

2. Open Google Play Store

3. Enter “GoFormz” into search bar within Play Store. Once located press “Install”

4. Once Installed press “Open”

5. Once GoFormz opens press on “Login” at the bottom of the screen

6. Once login page opens input your/team activ8 email and password.
