Creating a Marketing ticket
Step 1
Hit “Create Ticket” in the top right corner of the Tickets page:

Step 2
Give a detailed brief of the required task including output specifications and deadlines
Step 3
Upload any supporting documents or briefing forms
Step 4
In the “Type” drop down list, select “Marketing”
Step 5
Hit “Create”
