Resetting you Salesforce Password
First step is to ensure you are logging into our Salesforce org (activ8solarenergies123) Please refer to “Field Service Authentication Doc” if you are unsure on how to do this.
Once at the company login screen you will need to select “Forgot Your Password” (Number 1 on Image)
Next you will need to enter your email that you use for Salesforce, (Number 2 in Picture) and press continue.
Once entered you will receive a prompt to check you email and return to the login screen, tap this (Number 3 in Picture) and then switch to your email app (outlook)
Next click on the long link (in blue, Number 4 in Picture) and this will open your browser. Note if this does not work press and hold this link, select copy and then navigate to Chrome and paste into the search bar at the top of the screen
Once this loads you will be presented with a security question, once entered press on “Continue” (5 in the Picture below) please note you would have set this security question the first time you signed into Salesforce, be it on Desktop or Mobile. If you do not know this answer please contact your Salesforce Administrator to reset your password. From here follow the steps provided by your Administrator which will be very similar to the next steps minus the security question. If you wish to reset your Security Question, please see “How to reset your Salesforce Security Question” in the Knowledgebase (Note this needs to be done on Salesforce Desktop)
